Delivery Policy

There are two ways you can receive your orders:

 Store Pick-Up

We are available for instant in-store pick-up personally by the customer or via your preferred courier app (e.g. Grab Express, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy etc.). Delivery fee booked through these couriers will be shouldered by the customer.

A prompt or alert will be received via SMS or email when your order is ready for pick-up. Once received, you may book a pick-up through your preferred courier app with the following details below:

Address:        470 Gen. P. Santos Street, Barangay Bangkal, Makati City or                                  simply search for ‘Café Seventy Six HQ – Makati’ on the app.

You should provide your Order Name and Number provided upon confirmation to your rider for proper and organized dispatch of your orders.

Pick-up schedule is from 8:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays only. If orders are not picked up by 4:00pm onwards on a Saturday, your orders will be ready for dispatch on the following working day – Monday. If unavailable to book before closing time, you can book a rider for pick-up on the following working day.

In-House Delivery Service

We offer a Café Seventy Six in-house delivery service for a flat rate of Php 50.00, automatically added to your total amount due upon checkout.

 A text will be received by SMS from our delivery rider once your orders are on     the way and once the rider has arrived in the delivery address for proper and    organized dispatch of your orders.          

Café Seventy Six shall deliver your orders to the delivery address you have           provided. Deliveries using this method are delivered by batch due to a limited      number of riders. There is no specific time of delivery but guaranteed within 24     hours from time of order confirmation.  

 Delivery schedule is between 9:00am to 4:00pm from Mondays to Saturdays        only. If orders were placed 3:00pm onwards on a Saturday, your orders will be      ready for dispatch on the following working day – Monday.    

In cases of unsuccessful or failed deliveries for reasons such as, but not limited   to the following: Recipient cannot be reached, Inability to contact the customer   through the phone number provided despite attempts made by delivery rider,        Inability of our rider to fulfill the order due to insufficient logistical roads,        Absences of reasonable or secure location to leave the ordered items – Café   Seventy Six reserves the right to cancel the Order without refund or any other       recourse to you.
